If you open the box and the scent isn't what you were hoping for, we're happy to exchange it for a different fragrance or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Scent is personal, and we get that.
We are unable to accept returns on candles that have already been lit. Once a candle has been burned, it cannot be restocked or resold. We appreciate your understanding.
