Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind every candle we pour. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Not the right scent? We'll exchange it.

If you open the box and the scent isn't what you were hoping for, we're happy to exchange it for a different fragrance or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Scent is personal, and we get that.

Lit candles

We are unable to accept returns on candles that have already been lit. Once a candle has been burned, it cannot be restocked or resold. We appreciate your understanding.
